A special MY LITTLE PONY Friend-tastic Picnic Party on Sentosa! Happened on 9 July at Palawan Green, we were there with our own picnic goodies for this cosy picnic while watching screenings of MY LITTLE PONY animation in the evening!
Storytelling Comes Alive!
Date: 11 June – 17 July 2016
Time: 10.30am – 7.00pm
Venue: Palawan Beach, Sentosa
Experience the MAGIC with Sentosa this year, as Sentosa partner with Hasbro to present larger-than-life displays through visual art installations (3D artistic illusions, hand-painted displays and new-age digital projections), all themed around MY LITTLE PONY! Spread across three distinct zones around Palawan Beach, there will be plenty to see and do at Storytelling Comes Alive! with MY LITTLE PONY this year!
Inspire your imagination at Future World, the new permanent exhibition at ArtScience Museum. Explore a fully immersive 1500-square-metre digital universe, where 16 spectacular art installations are brought to life and evolve in real-time through visitor presence and participation. Be amazed as this stunning interactive world responds to your behavior, and changes according to your creative input!
To ensure that all visitors have ample and quality time to interact with each artwork, admission times are as follows: 10am, 11.30am, 1pm, 2.30pm, 4pm and 5.30pm (last entry). Please note that during peak hours, a queue may be expected at the exhibition entrance. Visitors will be allowed into the exhibition as soon as we can accommodate.
For a smooth and pleasant visit to the Museum, we recommend that tickets be purchased online (http://entertainment.marinabaysands.c…) prior to your visit. Apart from ArtScience Museum’s Box Office, tickets are also available at the MasterCard Theatres Box Office (B1, Marina Bay Sands).
Thinking about what to do this weekend? Head down to Marine Cove at East Coast Park (nearest carpark is C2). It has five family-friendly F&B outlets including Babalicious, Hill Street Coffee Shop, McDonald’s (with its first dessert bar), My Briyani House and The Coffee Bean & Tea Leaf® – Singapore.
The very very large children’s playground is equipped with a range of play equipment suitable for children of different ages. There is a three-storey play tower, which comes with three slides of different levels and a long rope bridge, for children between 5 and 12 years old. For children aged 2 to 5, there is a play area that comes with gradual slopes, mini slides, talking tubes, fun mirrors and a drum set.
The playground also has inclusive play equipment for children of different abilities to play together. This includes special needs equipment such as sensory play panels.
Young children will be spoilt for choice at this playground, and guaranteed “energy-draining”! Be sure to let your kids wear covered sports shoes and no-skirts/dresses for your girls.
In June 2016, Jordan and Bella went on their first road trip to Victoria, Australia, covering a good 1900 kilometres (equivalent to the flying distance between Singapore and Bali) where they experienced different sceneries, natural wonders and attractions.
Chasing the dusk in the car is not a dream anymore.
We are thrilled to share a short clip of this trip’s highlights. Enjoy!
School holidays are here, and if you are looking for some great Family Fun, nothing beats having a Mega Beach Festival right here in Singapore’s Sentosa. Experience endless fun with larger-than-life inflatables, water based adventures, obstacle courses and more. Navigate through kids-friendly inflatable maze, challenge your limits in the Bungee Run, plunge yourself into bubbling Foam Pools!
From 29 May to 5 June 2016, head on to Palawan Green (Beach Station) with your friends and families. Do bring a set of dry clothes for a change!
